Corrections

A useful correction names three things: the product, the figure, and what the listing actually says. With those the review can be checked against its source and fixed. If a figure looks wrong to you, it may well be wrong: reviews are written from listings, and listings contradict themselves more often than they should.

What we cannot help with

We are not a retailer and have no access to any order, delivery, return or warranty claim. For anything to do with a purchase, contact Amazon or the manufacturer directly — they can see your order and we cannot.

We cannot tell you how a product behaves in use, how to set it up or why it is not working. We have never had it in the room. The manufacturer's support pages are the right place for that.

We do not accept products for review. There is no arrangement available here for a manufacturer to be featured.
