What that means in practice

Links to Amazon on any site in this network are affiliate links. If you buy something after following one, the site earns a small commission at no additional cost to you. That is what pays for the work. Each site states its own tracking identifier on its own disclosure page.

What it does not decide

It does not decide which products are reviewed. A product is reviewed because it belongs to the site's category and its listing publishes enough to write from, and for no other reason.

It does not decide what a review says. A review is written from the manufacturer's figures before any link is added, and a product whose figures suit few buyers is described that way. A product that needs a subscription, a hub or a part the listing does not mention has that said in the review, because that is the kind of thing a commission might tempt a site to leave out.

There is no sponsored placement anywhere in this network, no arrangement with any manufacturer, and no review unit has ever been accepted.
